Update on Court Construction
Proyectos is shipping the paint and fencing for the first 7 courts. It should arrive before the end of next week. When they have the date from the shipping company, they’ll send their finishing crew to arrive around that time. They estimate that it will take 12 days from then. We do not have to make a further payment to them to complete the first 7 courts.
In the meantime, we just had the excess rebar cut from the top of the wall and are finishing it with a cap brick.
The architect has now told us where to dig the trench for the water and electrical and another trench for drainage and we’ve hired someone who has started on that project.
And we’re sourcing gates and a door for the openings in the wall and fixtures for the building.
We’re still waiting for the final plans from the architect to move forward with sourcing quotes for the building.
Shortly after the paint, fence and finishing crew arrive from Proyectos, we’ll evaluate a schedule with Proyectos for completing the next 7 courts.
